What happens when you delete your account
Deleting your papaCity Rider account is permanent and cannot be undone. When you confirm deletion:
- We delete your profile information (name, email, phone), login credentials, profile photo, and device/push identifiers.
- We remove app activity and support messages associated with your account.
- We remove trip history and location data collected while using the app’s features.
- We may retain limited information where the law requires or for security, fraud prevention, and system integrity. Any retained data is restricted in use and kept only for the period required by law or our legitimate security needs (typically up to 24 months for safety/incident records and up to 90 days in backups).
Note: papaCity Rider does not process in-app payments and does not collect background location. Location is only collected while you actively use features that require it.
